Everything was perfect the lady at the window was nice but stern about the rules of the room. I was asked to leave a $100 deposit and was told that if I obeyed the rules I would get my deposit back when I checked out before 11:00. Had a good nite rest

They charged us extra $50 a night for an extra person. It was only me and my husband and we booked 2 nights so we paid extra $100. Called Expedia and Expedia tried to dispute it twice but did not work.

The refuse my service all because I wouldn't let them photo copy my id and credit card they don't need to be photo copying my information so they woundnt give me my money back... And for booking.com not do anything to help me that just wrong of them.. I feel booking.com should be responsible here for letting customers get ripped off very disappointing.. anywhere else would do more for a customer

They robed me for my money they never cancelled when I cancelled and changed me still and didn't give me my money back plus the place is a Hooker hang out they rent rooms out to them to do there iligal business and charge them a fee to do so

I liked the fact that it was clean and close to where I needed it to be. Also, I was upgraded to a downstairs room free of charge. The lady at the front desk was cordial and to the point. She wasn't rude as some people claimed she was online. She's not bubbly and just to the point. That's all I needed. I was a little disappointed but she was professional so she put me at ease. They had ironing boards, coffee, in addition to lots of towels and soaps, etc. plenty of outlets and reasonably clean. I got my deposit back as I followed the rules. Initially I was nervous due to online reviews.
